[Q] URGENT HElp! stuck at animation after sony logo topic

Hello every one,
i need urgent help...
i tried to change the home apk with the z3 apk on one of the threads in here, my phone is rooted (but just that), i deleted the old home and replaced it with the new one, and gave permission ...when rebooted the phone it stock on the animation after the sony logo ,
i need help urgently please , even if i had to reflash the phone, but pleas give me instruction of how , i don;t have any back up of stock rom, , if i'm to reflash the mobile i would prefer it to be non rooted original stock rom

im not sure if metro or t mobile pushed of the 4.4.4 update a few months back but have had nothing but problems with my phone after the update. can i download a older firmware from sammobile and install using odin? was told by a friend that i can because the boot loader is locked on 4.4.4. is that true?

htc one not charging (No usb host mode) topic

So today i unplug my phone from my charger, then i wanted to transfer files via USB OTG. So i immediately plug in my usb otg and my pendrive(cuz pc cant detect my phone due to usb problem), sadly it wont work (got usb host mode). then i download latest elementalx kernel (18.0) and flashed it. after that, i immediately go charge my phone, nothing happened. no usb host mode bug, no landscape mode.
then, i entered fastboot while charging my phone, it only display fastboot instead of fastboot usb and its not charging. Tried reinstall rom (ARHD81.0) three time, one of them it will charge after boot, but NOT anymore after i entered fastboot. Tried wipe system and cache, still not charging. Only will charge when powered off and in recovery mode. Help! Some of my friend told me that my battery is dying, isit true?

[Q] Extreme battery usage topic

Hey. I've just installer cyanogenmod for about 20 hours ago. Seems to work pretty nice, but the battery usage is a big disappointment: please look at the attatched image. It's a screenshot of the usage after about 9 hours of doing absolutely nothing.
Why is Android using all the power, and is there anything i can do about it ?

Its a Samsung galaxy note 3 btw running Android 4.4.4, kernen velsion 3.4.0-g459F52f.

Fastboot not working!?!? topic

So I managed to install the adb drivers for my OPO and then used the OPO Toolkit to reboot into fastboot mode. But the phone just shows a black screen. I tried manually booting into fastboot but it doesnt work. Just shows a black screen, windows detects something but seems like it gets disconnected immediately. The cable is working fine, I checked that already.

I unplugged the cable and booted into fastboot manually and it works but as soon as I plug the cable back in, the phone just shuts down I think and returns to the black screen. I tried searching but couldnt find a solution. Any idea where I'm going wrong? :confused:

PS: Now I think my phone is stuck in a bootloop at the bootscreen :crying:

Hey guys, i have a few questions and would really appreciate if you guys could give me the answers. :):good:
1. If I unlock the bootloader and root(including flashing wp_mod) my HTC Desire 816 but remain in my default stock ROM ,will I still receive software updates from HTC officially?
2.I know that HTC Desire 816 has only about 3 GB usable internal memory,and that's a big issue for game data size of apps which can't be moved to SD card (i.e GTA SA) ,is there any solution for that? Will Link2SD do the trick? Or is there anyway to emulate /link the ext SD and Int SD?
3.Is it required to install busy box for Link2SD to work? Can I just download and install Busybox from Googleplay store? And does Busybox have any issues installing it on this device ?

Hi,
A while ago I used a RUU to flash my One X with a One (no X) rom (optus-AU). I got sick of it and wanted to go back to jellybean.

I got it unlocked again and followed the tutorial for install of CM-10.2.0 (http://www.teamandroid.com/2013/12/0...-custom-rom/2/). I used CWM to factory reset, wipe the cache partition and the devlik cache as per the tutorial.

I then attempted to install from SD the CM and GAPPS. Once I looked down and saw the logs, the installation of CM had failed as per this Installation Aborted fix (http://www.techaudible.net/fix-insta...stalling-roms/), and the install of GAPPS had succeeded. I'm guessing this is because of the One (no X) ruu (basically the one x ruu wouldn't start saying it was incompatible and still won't work).

Now the phone hangs and loops fairly randomly. I can get into bootloader and CWM recovery just fine but have no working zipped rom on the sd card nor any sort of backup. I can't copy one over with the altered updater_script because the phone won't start and there's no removable SD card.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers :)

Modem Question topic

So, I guess I need a little help in figuring out how to proceed.

I have an I747 that I've had my son using, it's flashed with a VERY old modem (LH1) that's the "altered" one that supports T-Mobile HSPA frequencies...

BUT he needs an app that requires 4.3.

I could care less if it's Knoxified... as long as it will continue to work with T-Mobile... right now I'm running a slim rom install of 4.3 on it... which works, BUT the implementation of bluetooth 4.0 Doesn't seem to work for some of the software he's wanting to run right now...

SO, is there a modem that will properly support T-Mobile HSPA frequencies? or do I basically end up with LTE or 3G if I flash a different AT&T modem?

AND if I decide to try this path, I know on the T999 S3's the 4.3 bootloader/modem were a one way path... is there a modem/baseband that will work with a TW 4.3 firmware on the I747 that isn't a one way path - just in case I want to go back?
