[Q] Google play services battery consumption on mobile data topic

Is it normal that google play services eats more battery when I use 4g/lte data? I mean when I am at home and using wifi, google services will not consume more than 2% battery, but as soon as I leave home and the phone goes on 4g connection google play services starts to go up in the list even if i don't use my phone.
From what I see, when on the 4g connection the phone is trying more to search my location than when it is connected on wifi,even if the screen is off. But i don't know if this is a problem or normal.

[Q] doubt about cpu consumption topic

hi, i have a doubt about the consumption of the battery with some apps, specifically about this game -> fieldrunners2

I want to know what are the first two values: of the information of the consumption.

the translation of that is ->

entire cpu
foreground cpu

i dont know why if i play the game 36 minutes, the cpu usage is that. Only in this game, other games uses much less.

The game is not active when i close it, that numbers going up approximately x2 of the using time.

Battery consumption topic

I know better than to ask what is the best rom out there because there really is never a good answer for that.
However does anyone have any input as to what rom is really stable with all normal functions of the phone working ( preferably a build that is considered stable) and has a good battery life? I really like rom's with status bar tweaks ( normally even if its a very customizable rom its all i fool around with)
