Need Gapps For CM 10.1.3 topic

Rom = cm10.1.3 Stable ( i cant post link cos i have less than 10 posts but you can find it on cm website )

i need the right gapps for this rom
possibly the smallest one ( around 50 mb )


and can i flash siyah kernel on this rom
