[Q] ADB Fire 1.14 - custom Rom topic

I was just wondering - if it is possible to upgrade my Rooted Firetv (51.1.1.0) to the new software with a custom Rom via ADB 1.14 software
if Yes, maybe anyone could explain to med how that is done ?
