[Q] express me panel is gone topic

Before I get agitated I want to rule out somethings. For roughly the past two weeks I have not seen my customized express me panel appear when the phone is locked. Two things happened around that time and iam not sure if either was the culprit so I ask for anyone's help to figure this out. I got rid of my offical samsung flip case and I downloaded the tmobile edge update (which was stupid since I don't speak or read chinese). Anyway, since that time, looking back, I have not seen my panel. I called samsung support and they told me to do a factory reset. Not what I was looking for.

So the questions are:

Is anyone missing the express me panel as well?

Does the panel show up even without the official case to activate it (cuz I never paid attention)

Has the tmo update impacted anyone else like this?
