i want to update my phone to lollipop but seems like i never get the update no the phone, i am trying to figure out from where is my phone ?
in the software version it says 10L-EUR-xx
on the phone box it says NEU
can u help me understand from where is my phone ?

when i enter my IMEI on a website i cannot post the link because i am a new member

why cant i get lollipop legit? without bricking my phone......
