[Q] How to de-bloat a rooted S3 NEO topic

The title says evertything: how can I de-bloat my rooted S3 NEO without flashing the beautiful custom rom recently posted here? ..that's unfortunately uncompatible with my model :((

Which apps//processes can I stop or delete? ...and HOW?
Is there a guide or a specific app to do this thing??

I'm using Nova Launcher+belle ui icon pack, in case you need to know.
