Trouble with connect phone to computer [WIN 8.1] topic

Hello,
I can't connect my Ace-I to computer, i have Windows 8.1 .
I try connect using USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 and... he doesn't see him.
I installed Kies and drivers, and nothing... :/
Please, help me.
