[Q] device stuck at download mode odin mode (sdcard ) topic

MY N8000 IS STUCK AT DOWNLOAD MODE, IT SHOWS
ODIN MODE (SDCARD)
PRODUCT NAME GT N8000
CURRENT BINAY : CUSTOM
SYSTEM STATUS : CUSTOM
RP SWREV :
RPMB : INVALID RPMB DATA

I cannot get to recovery mode, when i try to flash it gets stuck at nand write failed.

i tried flashing stock recovery too,

all this started i was trying to copy a movie , all of a sudden device restarted, i unplugged it, and now its stuck like this. :( need help anyone please
