Anyone tried installing NK2 on Indian NK1??? topic

Hey all..
I am currently on Indian NK1 firmware.....
But as it have knox installed i want to root without trippling flash counter...
I have heard that NK2 do not have knox...
So can i flash it over my current firmware???
