Hello, awhile ago I did a backup using Keis before doing a factory reset. Then, I found that some of the files, settings and data were not actually backuped. I lost some important files such as videos and photos. As of today, is there an app that could fully clone the settings and files of this device before I do a factory reset and send it for repairing? I want the device to in the same conditions (same settings, files) after I get it back from Samsung and somehow do a restore. I recall that I have done two firmware upgrades and my device is not rooted. Thanks.
