Help with unlock i337unufnj4 topic

Well here is my problem
I have this device, as you see its nj4 modem and 4.4.4 android version.
I have rooted but cant downgrade the modem in order to sim unlock it. Tried flashing modem trought odin and safestrap but it gives fail and error.
Any help?
