[help]Phone restart itself somtimes topic

Hello everybody

I have an LG-D625 (G2 Mini)(root), the phone restart itself sometimes when a call is incoming, i open some application, or when i take a picture, for example. In other case it works perfectly.
This began to happen when i use an application to clean android system, try resetting but the problem persists, used LG Mobile Support Tool (to flash with the stock firmware) and neither fixed the problem. :(

i've using LogCat to see what is going on, and before the phone restart,
LogCat shows this:

Then restarts but does not ask me to enter the pin of the SimCard.
