Hotspot issue when Bluetooth on topic

So I was trying to tether from my N910C to my old N7000 to try lollipop on it but I couldn't find it. So I narrow it down to having Bluetooth on, when it is off I can find the N910C on my n7000 but no way to see it when Bluetooth is on. No device was/is connected to the Bluetooth at those tries
Can someone please try it out and post results please my N910C isn't a week old I can return it to the shop and take a new one when it has a problem. 14 days return policy without any reason.
