[Q] 9000 MAH Samsung OEM powerbank topic

I am from India i have purchased 9000 MAH Samsung OEM powerbank, but it gives only 1/2 or max 1 time battery charging to my grand.
I am using lollipop by pawipt, how can i get more battery charge from 9000 mah powerbank?

Any one of you using the same?

How to charge it to get more power???:confused::confused:
