[Q] SGS2 repair vfat sdcard filesystem topic

Hi,
Couple days ago something strange happened to my sgs2. I had about 300 pictures in internal /storage/sdcard0/DCIM/Camera/ and now i cannot access it. File structure looks ok but i cannot make any operation on pictures (open, copy, move) because i got following error:

Code:

/system/bin/sh: cat: 20141203_152954.mp4: I/O error

When i run dmesg then i see multiple lines as follow:

Code:

<6>[  107.195656] mmcblk0p11: rw=0, want=8631652, limit=8626176
<6>[  107.195687] attempt to access beyond end of device
<6>[  107.195712] mmcblk0p11: rw=0, want=8631596, limit=8626176
<6>[  107.207911] attempt to access beyond end of device
<6>[  107.207941] mmcblk0p11: rw=0, want=8631596, limit=8626176
<6>[  107.210995] attempt to access beyond end of device

I copied whole mmcblk0p11 using dd and tried to restore images using scalnel, magicrescue, recoverjpeg but I got just some old pictures, not this which I want to restore. I also mounted this image and tryied to restore from it using other tools but this also failed. After all I opened one of image file in hex editor and it looks that about first 500B is filled with something but rest of file is filled with zeros...

I also i runned fsck_msdos from rocovery mode without success.

On the internet i found that "attempt to access beyond end of device" mean that file system is destroyed and i have to resize partition to repair it.

And now i stuck because I have no idea how to do it in proper way (to not lost my data).
If anyone can describe guide step by step how to repair it, it will be great :)

I am using offical samsung rom on gt-i9100, android 4.1.2, kernel 3.0.31, I9100XXMS7
