Trying to unroot but G3 won't show up under Ports (COM& LPT) in device manager topic

I'm trying to unroot the phone back to stock using this lgg3root dot com method
I need the phone to show up so I can change the COM to 41. But even after installing the LGUnitedMobileDriver the phone does not show up.

Any idea how to fix this please?
