[YELP!!!!!] I cannot get through all RUU instillation process topic

adb -fastboot service set and updated and working
htc sync manager installed and uninstalled
every driver installed and tested on win 7 and 8.1
i have downloaded it 2 times any thing left ?
installation shield wizard runs blue bar lodes when it finishes it just closes simply
i used same ruu on my win 10 technical preview
any one can help ? ? ? ?
