[I9515]MIUI v5[TW BASED] topic

This is MIUI v5 for i9515

I'm just joining things and all the credits go to:

Shiro -> for porting MIUI to i9505
Googy_anas -> for making such a great kernel
Phil2sat -> for recompiling the kernel to work with i9515 (thank you for your hard work on our device)

Not Working:
- Bluetooth
- WiFi

Bugs:
- Noises in a call
- Some graphics glitches in some animations
