Whats not working?
- NFC - I hate you, NFC......
- Probably wireless charging but have yet to test it.
FULL INSTRUCTIONS
- Download ROM and GAPPS to internal memory
- Reboot into TWRP Recovery
- Make a BACKUP(JUST IN CASE)
- Go back to Main Menu and select Wipe->Advanced Wipe and select System, Data, Dalvik and Cache(DO NOT SELECT INTERNAL) and wipe.
- Go back to Main Screen and select Install
- Find Carbon zip, select it and install
- Press back and install GAPPS
- Reboot
- PROFIT!

I use official PA GAPPS found here (specifically PA NANO but the choice is yours - AS LONG AS IT'S 4.4).
