- Make sure your bootloader is unlocked - if not, follow this guide: Link
- Enter recovery
- Do a factory reset and wipe system partition
- Flash latest cm-12-UNOFFICIAL-mint.zip
- Flash GApps from here
- Flash latest SuperSU from here: Link
- Reboot
